Requirement

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting project management or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business outcomes through AI adoption
• Preferred the experience of Gen AI technologies including their applications and limitations
• Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in fastpaced environments prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall)
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex business and technical requirements

QA experience is a plus

Responsibility:

• Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize highvalue use cases for Gen AI adoption

• Define use case and develop workflow (Use case scenario)
• Analyze the source/output data to adopt Gen AI platform.
• Define key tasks to develop use case of Gen AI and coordinate with RAG tuning specialist and Labeler
• Develop business cases to drive business outcomes from Gen AI adoption
• Conduct workshops and assessments to evaluate client readiness for Gen AI adoption
• Design and develop proofofconcepts (POCs) to demonstrate Gen AI capabilities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and refine Gen AI product offerings
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings among stakeholders (User RAG developer Labeler etc.) ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks developing contingency plans as needed
• Track and report project progress ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and procedures
• Oversee Gen AI lifecycle and ensure successful delivery
• Contribute to the Quality Assurance of Gen AI Project
• Contribute the role of BA (85%) and QA (15%)
