Expert Cloud Engineer Brussels 12 months
One of our important clients is currently looking for an Expert Cloud Engineer for a contract in Brussels of 12 months.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts solution architects and design teams.
Implement CI/CD frameworks and align tools for deployment in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
Manage application connectivity with messaging brokers like MQTT REST and AMQP.
Utilize DevOps tools on Jenkins diagnose software and networking issues.
Conduct proof of concepts to evaluate technologies and improve processes.
Participate in the development roadmap.
Ensure smooth operation and regular maintenance of opensource IoT systems and applications using CI/CD practices.
Set up monitoring tools collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance system reliability.
Create and maintain technical documentation and train support staff.
Requirements
A bachelor s degree in computer science or electrical engineering
Experience between 68 years is suitable candidate for this IOT engineer role or Cloud engineer
Previous experience in technical support network administration or IoTrelated roles
Database management skills with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Development experience in Java JVM (Maven) JavaScript microservices and scripting (Curl Python Bash)
Familiarity with Docker Azure Cloud services (like AKS Log Analytics Azure container registry) and ideally Hono & Ditto product experience
Knowledge of IoT architecture protocols and networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS)
Proficient in cloud computing environments particularly Azure and backend development using Java
Strong experience in AKS deployment using Helm charts and messaging protocols (MQTT REST AMQP)
Knowledge of English
Knowledge of French or Dutch
