Compliance Officer Internal Night shift

• Ensures that the staff use their work hours productively by monitoring their activities on their companyprovided devices
  
• Monitors staff s attendance breaks and idle times and sends reports to the staff s dedicated Client Support Partners/Managers and/or manager.
  
• Proactively communicates with staff who are absent or late.
  
• Generates reports about the staff s computer activities using the compliancemonitoring tool.
  
• Designs compliance policies and creates action plans for the proper implementation of the policies.
  
• Acts as an independent reviewer and evaluator to ensure that compliance issues /concerns are appropriately evaluated investigated and resolved.
  
• Manages compliancerelated information flow by researching recording and analyzing data and information. Conducting compliance risk assessments for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proficient with MS Office application
  
• Knowledgeable with ticketing tools such as Zendesk and Hubspot
  
• Knowledgeable with compliancemonitoring too. Preferred: Teramind
  

• Can work under minimal supervision
  
• Above average communication skills both written and oral
  
• Good analytical skills
  
• 1 to 2 years work experience in related field
  
• Ability to conduct investigation/auditing
  
• Ability to create clear and comprehensible reports
  
• Ability to interpret rules and regulations
  
• Ability to communicate with all levels of organization including senior manager Clevel and external clients
  
• Have strong attention to details
  
• Have strong accountability
  

• Onsite 5 days a week with occasional weekend schedule
  
• Amenable to work shifting schedule on a quarterly basis
