About the position: As the Cashier your mission is to make a difference in the lives of our clients one day at a time. You are a friendly and nurturing presence for our clients who are often going through the scariest time of their life. You are a part of giving people the best fighting chance at living a healthy life again. You will work in our store and process transactions for our clients inperson and over the phone. You will be the therapy our clients need when they are feeling and thinking and will provide the knowledge and support they need.
Main Work Responsibilities: (Additional daytoday tasks will be discussed during the interview process.)
Provide appropriate literature and verbal introduction to NuSpecies to new customers entering the store
Process purchase/return/exchange transactions in store. Provide accurate change for cash transactions
Package correct products for customers
Place orders for shipping or pickup over the phone
Open/Close the cash register Balance the till
Timely answer incoming calls immediately return missed calls and make outbound calls to clients using our online based phone system
Open and Close NuSpecies retail stores
Maintain cleanliness of the store and individual work areas
Maintain store inventory: perform weekly counts report discrepancies and avoid losses
Maintain accurate transactions and client records
Ensure client information is up to date comprehensive and in sync across all NuSpecies systems
Be knowledgeable of participate in and promote NuSpecies marketing and advertising efforts in store to clients
Maintain a working knowledge of product codes and types company return policies and current coupons and promotions to ensure clients pay the correct amounts for products
Coordinate with other team members and management via Google Chat Email and HubSpot (CRM) to ensure clients get the support that they need from sales and support staff. For example scheduling appointments passing along a message to their consultant and directing questions to the right person
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year customer service/cashier experience
Proficient with an Apple operating system
Comfortable with browserbased software for documenting in client accounts
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Saturday or Sunday availability
Valid driver s license and maintain ownership of a reliable personal vehicle to get to work in all seasons
