Qualification
Degree / Nat. Dipl. in Quantity Surveying / ND Building
BTech in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Project Management
7 to 10 years of working experience in a Project Management role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Initiation and Briefing
Construction Documentation and Management
Tender Documentation and Procurement
Define and agree preliminary scope of construction works.
Understanding and implementing of Construction Programme MS Project.
Provide the necessary lead times required to prepare a detailed Design and Documentation Programme.
Review and recommend practical and costeffective construction alternatives to consultants designs.
Competent in MS Projects and project programming.
Competent in managing cash flow forecasting and budget management.
Monitor subcontractors in the completion of daily operations to ensure project progress and optimal performance
Attend Management planning and coordination meetings when needed.
Manage client relations and requirements.
Review all jobs with Project QS and plan accordingly.
Oversee all Supervisors construction maintenance and operations and activities on projects/sites.
Review all Health and Safety requirements during the construction process.
Manage all cost information by the Estimating Department and forward budgeting and cost for reporting purposes.
