Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor Degree Holder; as long as the candidate has relevant experience
- 25 years of experience in US Healthcare
- 12 years of experience in Pharmacy or PBM background
- Ability to manage multiple requirements/projects
- Preferably experience in Project Management preferred
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal and writing
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Attention To Detail & Proactive Listening
- Time Management
- Strong Client Service Orientation And Ability To Respond To All Communications Effectively And In A Timely Manner
- SelfStarter Attitude And Ability To Work With Ambiguity In A FastPaced Environment

- Prior Experience Working With North AmericaBased Pharmacy Benefit Programs (Preferred)

- Management Of RxC Programs/Solutions And Support Operations
- Ensuring Appropriate And Effective Communication Among Team Members And Partner Vendors

- Facilitate Audit Projects Of PBM Performance
- Analyze And Compare Vendor Products Services And Contracts
- Partner With North America Colleagues To Deliver Superior Client Service Delivery
