Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor Degree Holder; as long as the candidate has relevant experience
• 25 years of experience in US Healthcare
• 12 years of experience in Pharmacy or PBM background
• Ability to manage multiple requirements/projects
• Preferably experience in Project Management preferred
• Excellent communication skills both in verbal and writing
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Attention To Detail & Proactive Listening
• Time Management
• Strong Client Service Orientation And Ability To Respond To All Communications Effectively And In A Timely Manner
• SelfStarter Attitude And Ability To Work With Ambiguity In A FastPaced Environment
• Flexibility And Proven Ability To Identify And Resolve Issues
• Prior Experience Working With North AmericaBased Pharmacy Benefit Programs (Preferred)
• Amenable to working on a night shift schedule.
• Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week) in BGC Taguig

Serve As The Project Manager Working Closely With The Pharmacy Consultant Main Liaison To H&B Client Service Team Our PBM Partners As Well As Partner Vendors And Support Client Deliverables On Company Clients Which Includes The Following:

• Management Of RxC Programs/Solutions And Support Operations
• Ensuring Appropriate And Effective Communication Among Team Members And Partner Vendors
• Pharmacy Benefit Plan Document Review And Analysis
• Facilitate Audit Projects Of PBM Performance
• Analyze And Compare Vendor Products Services And Contracts
• Partner With North America Colleagues To Deliver Superior Client Service Delivery
• Build Relationships Internally And Collaborate Effectively On CrossFunctional Teams
• Produce HighQuality Deliverables
• Contribute To The Development Of New Intellectual Capital
• Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy Of All Deliverables
• Pivot Priorities As Necessary And Easily Change Direction Based On Guidance From Team Leaders
