Designation: Assistant Manager Company Secretary
Exp: At least 2 years Company Secretarial work related experience preferably from client service providing background Knowledge of any European Compliances would be an added advantage.

- LLB (with CS related experience)
Job Details
- Communicate with the key internal and external stakeholders as may be advised by the manager to drive quality improvements and ensure a proactive corporate governance service.
- Keep up to date all entity information for clients using internal software.
- Maintaining work trackers and regularly update the same.
- Managing the team training and assisting the team members with their doubts.
- Working on the replies to be sent to both the clients and the affiliates.
- Assisting Team with adhoc admin tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Drafting and/or reviewing of documents event based compliances as received from onsite team including but not limited to the following
- Statutory filing obligations including filing of annual returns and declarations as required by local company law.
- Appointment of director/company secretary/change in registered office address/Share Capital changes
- Appropriately recording appointments and key events in statutory registers etc.
- Working on Adhoc activities as requested by the onsite team/ organisation.
