Business Analyst Core Banking

Skills and Experience:

• A strong communication skill is a MUST as this role will be facing all business areas of the bank
• Excellent writing skill to deliver technical specifications at granular level to the development team
• A strong understanding of commercial baking products services and processes
• 10 years in banking and financial services with a focus on commercial banking products services and processes
• 10 years working as a Business Analyst in banking or related fields
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Writing specifications to build reports
• Familiarity with banking systems and technologies including Core banking system ACH/Wire payment processing risk management and compliance
• Able to work in a fastpaced environment with a diverse group of people engaging with stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Critical thinking and decisionmaking skills to evaluate alternatives and make recommendations
• Require minimal guidance in daytoday activities and delivery
• Selfmotivated with evergrowing attitude
