1. Process Innovation:
o Develop and implement innovative manufacturing systems to enhance efficiency
and productivity.
o Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes including the design and
implementation of new technologies.
o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement in
manufacturing operations.

2. Industrial Engineering Activities/Lean Manufacturing:
o Conduct man/machine analysis to optimize resource utilization.
o Perform time studies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
o Manufacturing engineering Industrial and Process Engineering: VSM SMED Problem

EEI 5S Methodology.

3. Plant Layout and Capacity enhancement:
o Current plants capacity analysis and improvement by lean manufacturing
techniques
o New plant layout design based on Lean manufacturing techniques.
4. Inhouse Manufacturing:
o Design and oversee the production of inhouse trolleys tables bins and other
manufacturing aids.
o Ensure these inhouse manufactured items meet quality and functionality
standards.
5. MIS and MES:
o Oversee the development and maintenance of the Spectrum Manufacturing
System.
o Standardize and streamline all major reports to ensure accurate and timely
information flow.
o Ensure the effective implementation and utilization of the Manufacturing
Execution System (MES
6. Training and Development:
o Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for operators and staff on
new processes systems and equipment.
o Ensure all staff are knowledgeable and skilled in their respective roles and
responsibilities.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
7. Leadership and Management:
o Lead and manage the Process Innovation Cell team providing direction and
support to achieve departmental goals.
o Mentor and develop team members promoting professional growth and
development.
o Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to
ensure alignment on process innovation initiatives.
