Technical Manager

Position Title: Technical Manager Digital Realty/Digital Twin
Location: Houston TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Contract and full time both open
Visa Any on W2 except H1 and OPT

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the endtoend life cycle of digital twin projects including scoping studies planning resource planning project governance and vendor coordination.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices maintain established compliance to guardrails testing and validation ensuring integrity correctness and scalability.
Training & Development: Foster and extend learning and innovation through continuous training to stakeholders and empowering continuous improvement to realize the benefits of digital twin implementations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 15 Years of experience in leading technical roles preferably in Oil and Gas digital technology and information solutions stack.
Strong understanding of Asset Information Management document management systems 3D realty Capture technologies (Laser scanning/Photogrammetry) Point Cloud data 3D Modelling P&ID Tag Management Digital Twin/Engineering Platforms and mobility solution stack.
Strong understanding of the oil and gas domain Functional work flows with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
West/Middle East experience preferred with proven track record/project implementations.
