Job Responsibilities
- Plan and develop SEO & SEM strategies in conjunction with the companys overall goals and objectives
- Plan and optimize advertising activities on digital channels (Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn etc)
- Identify trends and audience insights and optimize budget to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and performance based on the insights for the best ROI results
- Tweak your strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all existing marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness
- Understand our products inside out. Working directly with Sales Team and CEO to analyze market/ competitor information to find the industry gaps set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand and propose proper business strategy.
- Organize internal training events for employee branding.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing
- Colleges or bachelors degrees in marketing Commerce Economics Media or related fields
- Proven experience and success across SEO SEM and Google Marketing Platforms (Google Ads Google Analytics ...) or Facebook platforms
- Working experience in the software company preferably in outsourcing IT company
- Creative active hardworking good communication strong project management and teaming skills
- Able to communicate in English
