David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading investment firm offering Forex and CFD trading company. We are looking to recruit a Back Office Officer payments (Arabic speaking)for their team.
Position: Back Office Officer payments (Arabic speaking)
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: hybrid (3/2)
Working schedule: shift rotation 24/7 40 hours a week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inputting processing authorizing and reviewing deposits and withdrawals.
- Assisting and performing KYC related to payments to ensure that all processing meets regulatory requirements.
- Resolving internal and external queries regarding payments.
- Identifying and enhancing internal procedures systems and controls.
- Assisting and supporting with auditing and reconciliation of payment transactions.
- Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on payment transactions.
- Dealing with queries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated with a College/University degree.
- Excellent command of the English(B2) and Arabic(C1) languages both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Outstanding customer communication skills.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Computer literacy.
- Works independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be eligible to work in Cyprus.
