Description: Analysis and interpretation of variants from Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data
using the standard guidelines (ACMG CLIA CAP etc) and generation of clinical reports.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration with an expert team in the analysis and interpretation of the NGS analysis
and genetic testing results.
Determine patient treatment plans by reviewing laboratory work literature and patient
histories.
Closely work with the reporting manager to improve the quality of the report and its
process.
Participate and contribute in the activities related to lab accreditation and certification
activity.
Monitoring and sharing the latest developments in the field.
Analyze genetic information to identify patients or families at risk for specific disorders
and syndromes.
Requirements: MSC 3 or more years of experience.
