Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Production Engineer to join our production team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning coordination and execution of production processes to ensure efficient and highquality output. This role requires a strong technical background excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Support:
   

   • Assist in the planning and execution of daily production schedules.
     
   • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
     
   • Ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
     

2. Process Improvement:
   

   • Collaborate with the production team to implement lean manufacturing techniques.
     
   • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
     
   • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
     

3. Quality Control:
   

   • Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
     
   • Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and findings.
     
   • Assist in developing and updating quality assurance procedures.
     

4. Equipment Maintenance:
   

   • Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.
     
   • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform preventive maintenance.
     
   • Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
     

5. Safety Compliance:
   

   • Promote and enforce workplace safety standards and procedures.
     
   • Identify potential hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
     
   • Participate in safety training and initiatives.
     

6. Documentation and Reporting:
   

   • Maintain accurate records of production activities including work orders and inspection reports.
     
   • Prepare and present production reports to management.
     
   • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
     

7. Collaboration and Communication:
   

   • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including design quality and supply chain.
     
   • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
     
   • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning discussions.
     

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  
• 02 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Knowledge of quality control and assurance standards is a plus.
