Role Overview: We are looking for Female Associate Academic Counselors to guide students about IIDE s Digital Marketing Courses. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. They should be active listeners with a passion for education and student journeys. The ideal candidate must be able to guide students with various career opportunities. Work experience with EdTech will be an added advantage. We are seeking budding leaders for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
- Counsel students for their course enquiries both inperson and over the phone.
- Guide students and concerned parents regarding various career opportunities in digital marketing.
- Use the CRM and sales automation tools to manage and track student interactions and derive sales reports.
Mentorship and Leadership:
- Mentor junior counselors providing guidance and support.
- Will be given additional responsibilities as senior counselors based on performance.
Target Achievement:
- Complete daily weekly and monthly targets related to student counseling and course enrollments.
- Calculate conversion rates and ensure targets are met consistently as per batch requirements.
Communication and Interaction:
- Ensure a minimum of 6080 connected calls a day.
- Maintain an average talk time of 23 hours per day.
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- 12 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work experience with EdTech will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Interest in sales and counseling.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and EdTech work experience.
- Ability to multitask and meet targets consistently.
Expected Deliverables/KPIs:
- Minimum of 6080 connected calls a day.
- Consistently meet weekly revenue targets as per batch requirements.
- Maintain an average of 23 hours of talk time per day.
Required Experience and Qualifications: 10 years of work experience in sales Must have managed a team of 30+ Excellent communication and management skills Deep understanding of conversion rates Strong sales orientation and customer focus Working knowledge of CRMs and Sales automation tools Must be proficient in MS-Office Great objection handling skills Expected KPIs Maintaining hygiene in lead funnel to arrive at desired sales Improving and maintaining sales conversion rates Monitoring calls and sales counselors productivity. Ensuring team productivity is at its highest to achieve monthly targets
