IT Risk Analyst
We are seeking two IT Risk Analysts to manage Third Party Onboarding risk through various risk domains such as financial reputational technology subcontractor artificial intelligence and more.

5month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm or 8 am to 4 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Interact with key stakeholders to complete an inherent risk questionnaire and measure onboarding contractual risk.
Review existing contracts to align with inherent risk.
Challenge analyze and assess inherent risk.
Document risk assessment results in core production systems (Archer and Ivalua).
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment in inherent risk questionnaire responses.
Seek guidance from team members and leadership to resolve issues and identify appropriate escalation paths.
Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of the business its products processes and their third parties.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree.
24 years of risk experience.
2 years of risk assessment experience.
Experience in thirdparty risk assessment.
CISA designation is a plus.
Basic knowledge of risk management principles.
Understanding of thirdparty risks preferably in the financial services industry.
Understanding of IT and other risk domains.
Procurement and contract management experience is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Technical background CISA knowledge.
Strong communication skills and proactive in probing various individuals for information.
Professional demeanor and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
Ability to analyze problems analytically.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask.
Detailoriented producing accurate risk assessment outputs.
