Head of UK Partnerships
Our client are searching for an entrepreneurial and commercially astute FX Partnerships Manager to join our vibrant International Payments (IP) Team at there London office. Reporting into the Head of Corporate this critical role will see you drive and amplify revenue into the UK International Payments business by leading a talented CF30 qualified Sales team focused on achieving the Growth Business Strategy of both Private and Corporate partnerships.
At a tactical level this will be achieved in part by maintaining and growing existing partnerships to the business. However the role focus will see you draw upon your sphere of influence networks and expertise to cultivate onboarding new valuable partnerships. As their global footprint continues to expand and become more complex this will require you to take a holistic view and think strategically about prospects industry sector potential profitability and complexity of FX/payment needs to generate new referral accounts and boost revenue streams for the team.
The successful candidate will need to be demonstrate sound B2C and B2B product and sales experience ideally within the international payments or finance sector developing strategy and expertise pitching to sourcing and driving the onboarding and growing significant large new strategic key partners across both the Corporate and Private international payments markets. Therefore we are ideally looking for someone who is currently operating in a Senior Partnerships role within Deliverable FX and possess a successful track record of growing partnerships and delivering on ambitious targets sharp analytical and marketmapping skills robust people leadership experience specifically setting KPIs and managing performance and able to partner with a range of stakeholders across the business to deliver on strategy.
What we re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role
Extensive professional work experience in a Senior Partnership Manager and Business Development role.
Significant international payments or finance related B2C and B2B product and sales experience.
Substantial experience developing strategy and building compelling sales proposals.
Proven track record of success leading and managing a large Sales team.
Good knowledge understanding and awareness of Foreign Exchange.
Hold a CF30 qualification (essential).
Entrepreneurial and able to demonstrate sound commercial and financial awareness of cost and concern for value.
Solutionfocused approach and the ability to make objective decisions and recommendations.
Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) stay calm and work well under pressure to meet competing deadlines.
Proficient at building relationships at all levels and influencing a range of senior stakeholders challenging decision making to help drive continuous improvements.
Resilient to change adapting to and supporting new situations with confidence.
