We are looking for a Master Data Manager for our client in the financial sector.


Who our client is:

Master Data Management (MDM) is the business owner and single point of contact for Customer & Counterparty Data Master Data & Reference Data External Data Hub. Our client builds the bridge between business processes and data management. They focus on simplification and compliance by leverage a single trusted view of highquality master data across all channels and in all business processes enabling digitalization and the future relationship bank. The unit is application owner of the two enterprise wide Golden Sources named CCM (Customer & Counterparty Master) and RMD (Reference & Master Data) as well as the centralized repository for external data External Data Hub.


What you ll be doing:

  • Scrum Facilitation: Serve as a Scrum Master for the team ensuring adherence to Scrum principles ceremonies and best practices.
  • Team Empowerment: Empower and support crossfunctional teams to achieve high performance foster collaboration and maintain a focus on delivering value. Leading training and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption.
  • Product Owner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Owners to create and maintain a prioritized backlog ensuring that user stories are welldefined and properly groomed. Coach product owners and help find techniques for effective product backlog management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and facilitate opportunities for continuous improvement within the Agile process addressing impediments handling escalations and removing roadblocks.
  • Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions and sprint review meetings to ensure that team commitments are met.
  • Risk and Dependencies Management: Proactively identify and address risks dependencies and issues that may impact the delivery timelines scope or quality.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Maintain relevant Agile project metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Training and Coaching: Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Foster transparent communication with all stakeholders keeping them informed about project progress and changes.
  • Work with teams to orchestrate releases and deployments.

Your experience and background:

  • Holder of university master degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master preferably in a financial sector
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles values and methodologies
  • Experience in Agile frameworks proven by successful track record and/or certificates
  • In depth knowledge of Agile management tools (JIRA Confluence)
  • Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
  • Experience in stakeholders management
  • Superior facilitation communication and coaching skills
  • Scaled Agile Framework knowledge and experience implementing SAFe is an advantage
