Executive Vice President
Location: East Coast Region
Industry: Commercial Restoration
Company Overview:
Our client a leading national commercial restoration company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Vice PResidentfor the East Coast region. This role will function as the top leader for the region driving operational excellence and strategic growth. They must be very wellconnected within the industry and have an impeccable reputation! insurance and commercial real estate industry
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Act as a true leader inspiring and motivating teams across various locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry serving as a reputable figurehead for the company.
Lead by example fostering a culture of accountability integrity and excellence.
Conduct tough conversations with empathy and effectiveness ensuring team alignment and performance.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee all aspects of restoration remediation and mitigation operations.
Maintain responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) driving financial performance and sustainability.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Business Development:
Expand the companys commercial contacts and network along the East Coast.
Identify and develop new territories driving growth and market penetration.
Lead the hiring training and development of highperforming teams across all locations.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional operations with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in a senior operational role within the restoration industry.
Strong reputation and established relationships within the commercial restoration sector.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
Comprehensive knowledge of restoration remediation and mitigation.
Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial oversight.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and development.

Compensation:
$175000 $230000
