Excellence Leader Operations - Healthcare

The Operational Excellence Leader is responsible for supporting the organizations to achieve and sustain excellent performance through the implementation of an OE Management System (OEMS) and framework and the application of a variety of principles systems and tools toward the sustainable improvement of key performance metrics. Moreover the OE Officer leads OEMS development implementation assessment and governance processes while focusing on improving efficiency reducing costs and enhancing the overall quality of patient care delivery. He will also drives standardization and application of best practices across the company.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g. Master s in Healthcare Management or MBA) preferred.

15 years of experience in a broad spectrum of engineering or services work including operations quality facility management and/or project management safety environment and engineering.

Possess in depth knowledge and experience of deploying business excellence models and frameworks such as Malcolm Baldridge EFQM and Deming Model etc.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma OE Assessor or equivalent process improvement methodologies.

Proven experience in healthcare operations management process improvement or quality assurance.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g. Joint Commission CMS).

Change management expertise to facilitate organizational transformation and adoption of new practices.
