Position Summary
We are seeking a U. S. based experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in support of our U.S. based recruiting services. This is a remote role and open to candidates throughout the U.S.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following includes but is not limited to the duties and responsibilities; other tasks may be assigned.
Full cycle recruiting including:
- Collaboration with SCRGs clients to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Sourcing through various channels such as job boards social media professional networks and referrals.
- Actively cold calling potential candidates to increase our pipeline.
- Screening resumes and conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews appropriately involved stake holders.
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Representing SCRG in community and recruiting events when necessary.
- Providing support with any necessary process and document creation.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with technical recruiting variety of engineering roles hardware; specifically but not limited to electronics manufacturing industry (EMS) consumer electronics etc.
- Extensive personal network in related industries based on experience a plus.
- Experience working with recruiting or placement firms PEO (Professional Employer Organization) EOR (Employer of Record) or multisite multistate experience is also a plus.
- Strong understanding of full cycle recruitment processes techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
- High level of professionalism integrity and discretion.
- Knowledge of HR (Human Resources) policies procedures best practices and current regulations.
- Sound judgment and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in fullcycle recruiting
