Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process for plantspecific roles ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates. Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment. Advise and support plant management on HRrelated issues including performance management disciplinary actions and grievance handling. Implement and monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations. Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required by management and statutory bodies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Act as a liaison between the plant and the corporate HR function based in Mumbai. Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Proficiency in local language (mention specific local language) is essential.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Indepth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
