Key Responsibilities:

1. Review User Chats with AI:

1. Develop comprehensive test cases to evaluate AI responses across various scenarios.
2. Ensure test cases cover a wide range of user inputs and edge cases.
3. Collaborate with the development team to implement and refine these test cases.

1. Identify Missing Content:

1. Analyze AI responses to identify gaps in the content and knowledge base.
2. Recommend additional content and scenarios to improve AI comprehensiveness.
3. Prioritize missing content based on user needs and frequency of issues.

1. Rate Test Results:

1. Evaluate AI responses against predefined criteria to assess quality and accuracy.
2. Assign ratings to AI responses and document the rationale for each rating.
3. Provide detailed feedback to the development team to guide improvements.

1. Develop new content and knowledge base entries to address identified gaps.
2. Ensure new content is accurate relevant and aligned with user needs.
