Internet service provider in North Goa urgently requires experienced customer support representatives to answer & resolve customer inquiries & questions. Excellent English writing & speaking essential plus spoken Konkani & Hindi too.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer service support & feedback on calls WhatsApp email & SMS o Customer troubleshooting Frontline telephone interaction.
- Sales support: Creation of estimates sending of estimates answering sales enquiries & questions supplying all relevant information.
- New customer onboarding.
- Followup calls service feedback & followup for social media reviews.
- Maintaining & managing customer service records & followup.
- Promotion of products & service.
- Revenue development of services offered by company.
- Customer billing & tax invoices.
- Recovering & reducing all accounts receivables for new customer installations additional charges & Internet plans.
- Development of promotional activities.
- Promotion of products & services.
- Maintaining & data inputting into critical Excel spreadsheets & Desk era.
- KPIs reporting adhering to SLAs.
- Developmental project delivery as per requirements of the business.
- Support for Head of Sales & Head of Marketing & Business Development.
Job Requirements
- Should be graduate.
- Only candidates with experience in sales & in an office environment.
- Must be a confident team player/team leader.
- Excellent communication skills spoken & written English essential for customer service interactions & followup. Plus spoken Konkani & Hindi too.
- Opportunity to run customer support team managerial or supervisory experience beneficial.
Working Hours: 8.45 am closing (or equivalent based on achieving objectives) Monday Saturday. Rotational Sunday shift with an alternative paid day off.
