Role: Software Requirements Expert/Manger
What You Will Do :
- The SW Requirement Expert/Manager is responsible for analysing specifying and documenting software requirements in a PLM Tool.
- He/she is working together with the System Development and Validation engineers and consolidates external stakeholder requirements and internal product requirements in a Software context.
- Own and improve the project SW Requirement process.
- Drive and enforce the process.
- Offer support for improvement of standard SW requirement process.
- Analyse and evaluate stakeholder/system requirements in RFQ and project phase considering relevant standards in the automotive environment
- Abstract the system architecture to SW Features and breaking down to SW Requirements
- Create Software specifications and continuous management of SW related requirements and changes
- Modelbased system development
- Description of user stories and definition of test cases
- Work together with different teams (hardware and software developers testers) and the Business
- Create and maintain product specification documents for internal and Business approval.
- Create and update SW detailed design documentation according to stakeholder and internal requirements.
- Work together with different internal and external teams.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelors or master s in Engineering in the field of Electrical / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software requirement management with adherence to processes followed in Automotive industry
- Min. 12 years experience in Embedded Software Development for industry ideally in the automotive sector
- Professional experiences in abstraction and analysing of requirements and software design concepts
- Practical Experience in Agile Software Development and embedded software architectures
- Professional experience in AUTOSAR Classic Standard Software
- Knowledge about I2C SPI UART USB TCP/UDP and Memory
- Reading and using electrical schematics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external interfaces
- Team player who is open to change
- Tool and processoriented working methods
- High conflict and problemsolving ability Fluent in English
What Will Put You Ahead
- Fundamentals in automotive SPICE (SYS.1 and SYS.2 SWE14) and ISO26262
- Designing documents about software architecture and design
- C/C knowledge
- Experience working in Automotive SW ECU Development
- Know How of electronics and reliable handling of schematics oscilloscope and multimeter
