Position Overview: As a Customer Success Intern and Associate at ZenTrades, your role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships, comprehending their issues, and presenting our solutions effectively. You will be actively involved in problem-solving, fostering relationships, ensuring renewals, and driving retention, making it a high-impact role crucial for revenue generation. Your objective is to engage clients, cultivate trust, and facilitate successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients through calls and emails.
• Understand client problems and present solutions.
• Nurture client relationships.
• Customer renewals and retention
• Report generation
• Cross-selling and Up-Selling

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech)
• Experience: Has internship experience in handling customers: preferably in the North American region

Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong listening abilities, and proficiency in logical reasoning
• Disciplined, organized, and diligent in follow-ups. You will fit right in if you are:
• Comfortable working in an agile startup environment.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent listening skills, and a positive, energetic phone presence.
• Proven ability in lead generation, appointment setting, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time management.
• Demonstrates resilience and the ability to hustle in a sales environment, maintaining a positive and spirited attitude.
• Intelligent with a strong ability to learn and grow, career-driven with a hunger to keep improving.
• Street-smart with the ability to handle stress and persist through challenges. • Intellectually curious and driven by a need to grow both intellectually and financially.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
