Role and responsibilities:

• Supporting daytoday operations within the Infrastructure Services Team withServer and Storage Administration to include performing Server and Storage
  configuration of virtual environments and troubleshooting server and storagerelated issues.
• Monitoring the server performance and using tools to maintain system continuityand an acceptable level of system Performance.
• Providing Tier 2 and 3 support for issue resolution relevant to Server and StorageManagement area.
• Maintaining and upgrading the Virtual Machine environment with latest softwareand assist in maintaining Patch Management infrastructure health andcompliance.
• Explore opportunities to further improve the service and stay on top of the everchanging technology and security threats.
• Ensure smooth delivery of projects and implementations by offering Server
  storage and backup expertise.
• The ideal candidate will have knowledge of network protocols principles andconcepts including the ability to troubleshoot local connectivity issues as well understanding of Data Center architecture and operations in a highly virtualized environment.

What we expect:

• 5 years ofrelevant experience with handson in ServerAdministration Microsoft Infrastructure and VMware.
• Proficient in Windows Server Administration and Maintenance along with strong troubleshooting knowledge of serverrelated issues.
• Good Knowledge of Virtual Environment (VMware)
• Understanding of various ITIL Processes (i.e. Incident Knowledge Problem and Change Management) and how that works in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of any scripting language preferably PowerShell.
• Good knowledge in Audit and Backup/Recovery (Preferably Veritas NetBackup)
• Knowledge on Linux Operating System and related server troubleshooting will be a plus.
• Basic understanding of Storage technologies SAN/NAS (Primera 3PAR)
• Selfmotivated to work independently eager to learn and pick up newactivities and challenges as they arise as well as acquire new skills.
• Good team player actively participating and contributing toward achieving our
  mission successfully
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
