About the Role:

The Project Manager will manage the pipeline of projects submitted to New Construction Housing and Commercial legacy programs to completion. This includes setting deadlines tracking progress coordinating closeout of projects completing technical reviews maintaining databases engaging with stakeholders coordinating with internal teams assisting with reporting and supporting business process improvements.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for project management technical review database management stakeholder engagement internal coordination reporting and improvement. This role requires a welldeveloped understanding of relevant technical principles creativity in project development strong organizational skills effective leadership and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage current pipeline of projects set deadlines track progress and coordinate project closeout.
  • Technical Review: Complete technical review of scopes of work and project deliverables.
  • Database Management: Maintain extensive online database of legacy projects including data entry and tracking.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with building owners developers technical assistance providers and designers providing prompt feedback.
  • Internal Coordination: Participate in regular meetings with project teams and escalate issues as needed.
  • Reporting and Improvement: Assist in periodic reporting and support business process improvement efforts.

Technical & Professional Skills & Knowledge:

  • Technical Principles: Understanding and application of relevant technical principles.
  • Project Development: Develop and manage projects with minimal direction initiate new projects and contribute to program development.
  • Organization Skills: Implement projects in a timely manner manage ongoing projects independently and prioritize workload.
  • Leadership: Lead working groups or program teams provide guidance to junior staff and demonstrate people skills and leadership.
  • Communication: Produce comprehensive written and verbal materials negotiate with contractors and prepare/present papers at professional meetings.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills Needed: Selfmotivation strategic thinking effective communication organization and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Specialized Skills: Project management expertise experience with rebate/incentive programs and knowledge of clean and resilient building projects.
  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience.
