Product Development Engineer

Qualifications and skills
4 year Degree (BS) in Metallurgical Materials or mechanical engineering or related fields.
10 years experience in product development and program management in the
commercial foundry or forging operations.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and practices including welding machining and
assembly operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language. Clear and precise
written communication with overseas associates is essential.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office program management and engineering software. 3d
modeling experience is beneficial.
Must have a strong technical background sufficient to understand blueprints solid models GD &
T material and process specifications etc.
Must possess Conflict resolution problem solving skills.
Must Possess strong decision making and negotiation skills.
