Job Description:.As a Area Sales Manager for Machinery Finance you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy managing a team of sales professionals and achieving sales targets for machinery finance products.
This role requires a dynamic and resultsoriented leader with extensive experience in machinery finance and a strong understanding of the regional market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Sales Strategy and Planning:.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget for the region.
- Team Management:.
- Recruit train and manage a team of sales executives and officers.
- Set performance targets for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a highperformance culture within the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Sales Operations
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with other departments (e. g. credit operations) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Market Expansion:
Identify and develop new markets for machinery finance products in the region.
Organize and participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide market feedback and suggest improvements to existing products.
- Assist in the development of new machinery finance products tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA or equivalent in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in sales with at least 5 years in machinery finance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing highperformance sales teams.
- Indepth knowledge of the machinery finance market and regional industry dynamics.
