Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage entire post sales activities.
Lead the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries requests and issues postsales.
Regularly conduct checkins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identifyopportunities for additional services.
Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve retention rates.
Collaborate closely with sales product and support teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Prepare regular reports and updates on client account status including key metrics and action plans.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling to existing clients.
