Summary:
Were hiring for one of our clients a CyberSecurity & Compliance Management firm based in Mumbai. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading business development activities identifying new opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. The role will involve strategic planning market research negotiations and collaborating with crossfunctional teams. Starting as an individual contributor the selected candidate will build a BD team over time.
Compensation: INR 2024 LPA sales incentives
Location: Mumbai or Pune
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development sales or related roles
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the fintech/BFSI industry
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from a reputed institute
- Demonstrated ability to identify pursue and fructify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
