Job Title: Senior Lead Business Development (CRO Business)
Location: Hyderabad Telangana India

Job Overview: The Senior Lead Business Development will lead strategic planning and implementation for Consulting (Regulatory Affairs & Clinical Research Services) & Specialized Services (Quality Global Sales PostMarketing Labeling and others). This role involves developing and executing strategies acquiring new clients maintaining client relationships and driving business growth through solution presentations and proactive client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to target new and existing customers in international markets.
  • Conduct client calls to understand requirements and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to propose solutions.
  • Manage fullcycle relationships with clients from initial contact to project award.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events conferences and trade shows to promote the organization and build a strong network.
  • Drive the development and execution of strategic partnerships and alliances within the CRO industry.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing and presales teams to create solution documents and presentations.
  • Drive service visibility and thought leadership through initiatives like white papers webinars and workshops.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions where applicable.
  • Identify and engage potential clients building and maintaining strong longterm relationships.
  • Lead and support the sales team in achieving revenue and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of exceptional service to clients.
  • Analyze market trends competitive activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Train and develop team members across various project areas.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% both locally and internationally as required.

Requirements:
  • Proven success with 8 years of experience in regulatory projects within the pharmaceutical environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in international pharmaceutical projects.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of CRO services market trends and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Collaborative yet assertive work style.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate complex relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of data fields relevant to describing Clinical Research/BioTech/pharmaceutical products.
