Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling technical content for a US audience including articles blog posts white papers case studies and technical documentation.
• Conduct indepth research on technical topics to produce accurate and insightful content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content pieces.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy clarity and consistency.
• Utilize various content management systems to publish and organize content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and content creation.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone and voice across all content.
• Track and analyze the performance of content to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in English Journalism Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical writer with a focus on US audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating technical content for B2B and B2C audiences.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content optimization.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and subject matter experts.
• Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML.
• Exceptional research skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into engaging content.
• Good project management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
