Description

We prioritize innovation integrity and excellence in all aspects of our operations. As we continue to expand we are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
Position Overview: As the Human Resources Executive you will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment within our organization. You will be responsible for mplementing HR strategies policies and programs that align with the companys values and goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR management employee relations talent acquisition and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Planning:
  • Implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations business objectives.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify and address current and future HR needs.
  1. Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Implement effective talent management initiatives including performance reviews professional development and succession planning.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflicts providing timely and fair resolutions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement programs.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Regularly review and update policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  1. HR Compliance:
  • Stay current on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HRrelated matters.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
