Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically oriented Senior Salesforce Consultant with extensive Salesforce developer experience. This individual will possess a deep understanding of both Salesforce architecture and general technology architecture. The ideal candidate will guide our team with their technical expertise ensuring robust and scaleable solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance to the team ensuring best practices in design coding and implementation.
  • Oversee the technical architecture of Salesforce solutions integrating them seamlessly with other enterprise systems.
• Solution Design and Development:
  • Contribute towards the design and development of customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
  • Create and manage complex workflows process builder flows and custom development using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Components.
• Architecture and Integration:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the overall enterprise architecture ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned with broader IT strategies.
  • Design and implement robust integration strategies leveraging APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
• Mentorship and Team Development:
  • Mentor and develop existing members of the team fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and champion continuous improvement within the team.
• Project Management and Delivery:
  • Lead technical aspects of projects ensuring timely and quality delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases new features and best practices and proactively implement improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce and other integrated systems.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer with proficiency in Apex Visualforce and Lightning Components.
  • Strong understanding of general technology architecture including cloud computing data integration and security.
  • Handson software development experience and good understanding of standard software development lifecycles including version control and QA automation.
• Leadership Skills:
  • Proven ability to guide technical teams with strong mentorship and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Project Experience:
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical aspects of Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred) or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Additional certifications in general technology architecture or cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) are a plus.
