Our company is seeking a Senior Dynamics Tech Lead to join our enthusiastic and energetic team.

Qualifications

The ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse team as well as work independently as needed.

Excellent communication skills targeted to effectively present information to internal and customer management.

Demonstrated ability to establish priorities manage shifting priorities and handle numerous timesensitive projects with multiple deadlines.

Extensive knowledge and experience with Dynamics Sales

Strong understanding of Power Platform for additional customizations.

Experience with Power Pages to build customer facing portals.

Experience of Power Virtual Assistant implementation

Experience with Sales Premium License features Sales Hub Sales Accelerator LinkedIn Navigator Viva Sales etc.

Experience in Healthcare industry with understanding of Health plans

Certification(s) in Microsoft Dynamics desired.

Responsibilities

Enabling D365 Sales module

Configure workflows and requirements in D365 Sales as per business requirement

Use Power Platform for additional customizations

Use Power Pages to build customer facing portals

Use scoring models

Configure Customer Insights Module and Marketing modules

Provide ongoing support services to existing clients as needed via email/ telephone and onsite visits throughout the implementation process.

Ensure consistent release management change management and project approval processes.
