This is a fulltime onsite role for a Recruitment Manager at a Recruiting Firm. As a Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening and selecting candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Additionally you will oversee the onboarding process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Experience in IT/Non IT Hiring
- Expertise in fullcycle recruitment including sourcing and attracting candidates conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Team Management experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- MBA in Human Resources Business or a related field
- Experience in the transportation or technology industry is a plus.
- 510 years of recruitment experience.
