Required Skills & Experience

• Relocation to Bentonville AR upon full time conversion is required (Duration: 6 month contract to hire)
• 5 years of experience as a UX Designer for digital software products
• Strong experience creating wireframes prototypes user flows and site maps
• Consumer grade UX experience
• Interaction ID Design experience
• Experience maintaining feature parity across web and mobile
• Experience building a design system or overhauled a design system
• Figma experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Conversational AI experience
• Strong mobile experience
