As a Care Assistant at our home your role may involve:

• Undertaking any necessary training
• Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene eating and getting involved with daily activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life focussed on their individual hobbies preferences and abilities
• Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
• Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM
