Requirements

1. Case Management:
   

   • Handle a caseload of asbestos and mesotheliomarelated claims from inception to resolution.
     
   • Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations.
     
   • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
     

2. Client Representation:
   

   • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their asbestosrelated claims.
     
   • Communicate with clients keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
     
   • Represent clients in court hearings mediations and settlement negotiations.
     

3. Legal Research and Analysis:
   

   • Stay abreast of relevant laws regulations and precedents related to asbestos and mesothelioma litigation.

4. Collaboration:
