Role : Senior Executive / Asst. Manager Sales Real Estate
Project Location : Ayanambakkam and Mambakkam
No. of positions : 3 positions for each project
Experience required : 3 to 6 years in Real Estate / Banking products / Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Engage with potential clients visiting the real estate site understanding their requirements and providing relevant information about the available properties.
- Sales Presentations:
- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the properties emphasizing value propositions and addressing client queries.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions ensuring a winwin situation for both the client and the company.
- Close deals efficiently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on the real estate market trends
- Provide insights into competitor activities and market conditions to make informed sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Documentation:
- Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and facilitate a smooth transaction process.
- Collaborate with the legal and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely paperwork.
- Lead Generation:
- Actively participate in lead generation activities including cold calling online marketing and promotional events.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular sales reports detailing activities achievements and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to analyze performance and strategize for improvement.
- Adherence to Policies:
- Adhere to the companys sales policies ethical standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations governing real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in Chennai.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant legal and documentation processes.
- Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
