Your tasks:
- Handle incoming user requests via telephone email and chat.
- Log call details into case management systems and provide responses and resolutions within SLA to customers.
- Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores by actively updating customers on status and resolution progress.
- Deliver highcaliber customer service for postsales requests including delivery warranties and refunds.
- Provide inbound sales support and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
What you need:
- Fluency in Spanish language (must be at least C2)
- Fluent in English language (at least B1)
