Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
- Effectively showcase the features and benefits of our jewellery collections.
- Assist customers with trying on jewellery and answer any questions they may have.
- Upsell and crosssell additional jewellery items or services.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store.
- Participate in inventory management and stock maintenance.
- Stay updated on jewellery trends and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate degree (any discipline) is preferred.
- 12 years of experience in sales retail or a similar customer service role (advantageous).
- Excellent communication interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly about jewellery.
- A genuine passion for jewellery and the fashion industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Targetoriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals (if applicable).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
