الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including monthend close financial reporting accounts payable and receivable tax filings and audit preparation. This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Review and approve journal entries reconciliations and financial reports.
- Supervise a small team of accounting professionals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Manage the budgeting process.
- Forecast and report on financial performance.
- Identify and implement costsaving measures.
- Stay uptodate on accounting trends and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
- 5 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
