Location: Gloucester Head Office Office based
Contract: Fulltime permanent
Salary: 24150 per annum (rising to 25200 pa after 3 months and to 26250 pa after a year!)

The role:
Were looking for a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and hardworking team based in our Gloucester offices. You will be responsible for effectively dealing with incoming customer enquiries and ensuring that our customers are given consistently outstanding service.

Were looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record of delivering a seamless customer experience and driving revenue.Were seeking someone who is excited about working as part of our growing and ambitious servicedriven organisation.
We will consider candidates from a variety of backgrounds including retail call centre and office support. Above all were looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a knack for building a strong rapport with people at all levels. Youll be calm under pressure with a cando attitude and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload. Strong IT skills including the use of CRM and ERP systems are required.
We are Gloucesterbased so the successful candidate will need to live within an easy commute of the office and work onsite as part of our collaborative team. The shift pattern includes one weekend per month (for which you get time off in lieu).
