Job Title: Technical Customer Support 7.2k USD per year MUST HAVE home automation/ smart home exp SaaS background
Location: India (night shift remote) United States Canada(Remote)
Work Experience (years) : 1 Years
Annual Compensation : 7.2 k USD per year
MUST HAVE home automation/ smart home domain or company based exp / SaaS background and who has experience connecting SaaS with Home automation product or hardware like Cam door lock smar light etc
We are seeking a fulltime remote Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical issues via email chat and phone.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot problems identify root causes and provide solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
- Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
