Job Description for Product Officer Cofounder (NPPD CARE BizVidya and DasVita)

• NPPD CARE: A healthcare and wellness startup committed to providing accessible personalized and holistic healthcare solutions. We leverage technology innovation and personalized approaches to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing.
• BizVidya: An educational startup focused on bridging the gap between academia and industry. We empower students and professionals with practical skills and realworld experience through niche courses mentorship programs and innovative educational solutions.
• DasVita: An agriculturefocused startup dedicated to revolutionizing the agricultural industry through sustainable practices innovative technologies and farmer empowerment.

• Product Development: Lead the endtoend product development process for healthcare and wellness services (NPPD CARE) educational programs (BizVidya) and agricultural solutions (DasVita) including ideation design development testing and launch.
• Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced algorithms data analytics and online platforms to provide personalized recommendations and enhance user experience across all startups.
• User Experience: Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience on NPPD CARE BizVidya and DasVita platforms across all devices.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs market trends and competitive landscape in healthcare education and agriculture sectors to inform product strategy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals wellness experts educators industry experts farmers and technology teams to develop and refine product offerings.
• Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop with users to continuously improve products based on user feedback and datadriven insights.
• Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant healthcare regulations educational standards agricultural policies and data privacy standards.

• Extensive experience in product development with a strong track record of managing endtoend product development independently.
• Proven expertise in either the healthcare/wellness education/edtech or agriculture industry with a willingness to learn and adapt to the other sectors.
• Strong understanding of technology integration data analytics and online platforms.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for healthcare wellness education and agriculture with a commitment to improving individual wellbeing bridging the gap between academia and industry and revolutionizing agriculture.
