Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Telugu.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective and current customers.
• Explain products or services in Telugu to potential customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain a database of customer information.
• Follow up on initial contacts.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Meet daily and monthly call quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales process.
• Stay updated on product information and pricing.
• Adhere to communication scripts and guidelines.
• Keep detailed records of interactions.
• Attend regular training and quality improvement sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Telugu and basic proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good timemanagement skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
