Overview
The Telecaller Telugu plays a pivotal role in our organization as they are responsible for communicating via telephone to potential or existing customers in resolving issues and providing information. They are the first point of contact between our company and our customers thus playing a crucial part in our customer service and sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Telugu.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective and current customers.
- Explain products or services in Telugu to potential customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a database of customer information.
- Follow up on initial contacts.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Meet daily and monthly call quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales process.
- Stay updated on product information and pricing.
- Adhere to communication scripts and guidelines.
- Keep detailed records of interactions.
- Attend regular training and quality improvement sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Telugu and basic proficiency in English.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
