Workday SCM Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement HCM solutions using Workday.
• Provide technical expertise and support on Workday HCM modules including Core HR Compensation Benefits Time & Labour Absence Management Recruiting and Performance.
• Work extensively with Core Connector EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) Document Transformation (DT) and XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations).
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and design comprehensive HCM solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of Workday with other internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM modules and integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday HCM implementations.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support endusers and internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Human Resources or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in designing developing and implementing Workday HCM solutions.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules including Core Connector EIB SOAP DT and XSLT.
• Proven experience with Workday Studio for integration purposes.
• Indepth knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Core HR Compensation Benefits Time & Labour Absence Management Recruiting and Performance.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Workday certification in relevant HCM modules.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in HR data management.
